I always add a few technical notes! For the lectern, I was using an old microphone which belonged to the church but it was giving out a hum today. So I brought it home to check it out. We still have flickering on the altar camera. This is due to interaction between the church lighting and the camera. The simplest solution didn’t work and the next solution is quite expensive. The sound is a little on the low side, so I will make sure it is better next week. This week is a “first” as it is the first time I have put the service on YouTube without first running it through the editor at home. I would dearly love to stream the sevices but our internet connection is only 3G. But I record the services “as live”, so in theory I don’t need to use the editor.
